"I tasted the wine and was wondering - this wine is full of sunshine.
Blessed are the people who can produce such a great wine that brings
sunshine to one’s heart." - Massimo Gorki
The vineyard of Tenuta dei Fiori is surrounded by vines such as our 70-year
old Barbera, or our Moscato, Freisa, Dolcetto, Cabernet Sauvignon and
Chardonnay grapes. We take great pleasure and pride in cultivating some
rare and almost extinct grapes such as the native "Gamba di Pernice".
Such well renowned wine magazines as the "Vini d’Italy" and "Papillon"
commented on some of Valter Bosticardo’s wines: "This wines are far from
ordinary..."; "A very selective, fanciful and peculiar" wine maker; "An
agitated wine producer of whom we’ll seem more in the future."; A wine
maker that produces "specialties in low quantities..." and that manages
"...each year to come up with an interesting new wine".
Valter Bosticardo
takes extreme proud in his new cellar facilities and in the fact that his 5 hectares of vines
are cultivated in an enviromentally friendly way that takes care of nature.
The following wines can be bought from the vineyard: Chardonnay, three
different qualities of Barbera d’Asti, Dolcetto, Freisa, red Monferrato and
wine from the native grape "Gamba di Pernice". In addition, a traditional
Moscato and a Moscato classico (champagne) are available. Various wine
journals follow the wines of Tenuta dei Fiori.
We would be pleased to offer you a wine tasting during your stay!
